Products

Six lines of coding and marking equipment and support, from the printer to the ink to the service visit.

Continuous inkjet printers

Continuous inkjet (CIJ) printers mark moving products without touching them, which makes them the workhorse of high-speed packaging lines. They print dates, batch codes, barcodes and logos on bottles, pouches, cartons, cables and more.

  • Non-contact printing at full line speed
  • Suits curved, uneven and moving surfaces
  • Fast-drying inks for plastic, glass, metal and film
  • Quick start-up and simple daily operation

Drop on demand printers

Drop on demand (DOD) printers fire ink only where it is needed, giving clean, readable characters, logos and barcodes on cartons, cases and porous surfaces. They are a popular choice for secondary packaging and shipping cartons.

  • Large characters and barcodes for cartons and cases
  • Several print heads from a single controller
  • Low-maintenance, ink-efficient operation
  • Easy message set-up and editing

Laser marking machines

Laser marking creates permanent codes without ink or solvents. UV, CO2 and fibre lasers each suit different materials, from cable sheathing and packaging film to metal parts and glass.

  • Permanent, tamper-resistant marks
  • No ink or solvent running costs
  • UV, CO2 and fibre options for different materials
  • Suits high-speed and fine-detail marking

Inks and consumables

The right ink is the difference between a sharp, durable code and a smudged one. We supply inks, make-up fluids and cleaning solvents for different surfaces and conditions, together with commonly needed spare parts.

  • Inks for plastic, glass, metal, film and cartons
  • Black and coloured options
  • Make-up fluids, solvents and cleaning supplies
  • Common spare parts kept in stock

Service and support

A coding printer is only as good as the support behind it. We install and commission each system, train your operators, and keep it running with scheduled maintenance, spare parts and fast fault response.

  • Installation and commissioning on your line
  • Operator and maintenance training
  • Preventive maintenance plans
  • Spare parts and fault response across Kenya
