Services and solutions

Installation, operator training, preventive maintenance and support plans that keep your coding and marking equipment running.

Keep every printer running at its best

A coding or marking machine is only as dependable as the care it receives. Inks and solvents age, filters and pumps wear, and settings drift in hot, dusty or humid conditions, so a printer that worked perfectly on day one can slowly lose performance and stop at the worst moment.

Our service and solutions cover the whole life of your equipment: installation and commissioning, operator training, planned preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and the inks and spares to go with them. The aim is simple: less downtime, fewer coding errors and lower running costs.

What you get

  • Trained operators who run the equipment safely
  • Preventive maintenance that protects your uptime
  • Support plans that fit how your plant runs
  • Help from a local team across Kenya
  • Inks, spares and consumables from one source

What we offer

Everything your coding and marking equipment needs after the sale, from the first day to the fifth year.

01

Engineers who know your line

Our engineers pair product knowledge with practical fault finding, and they can be reached when a stoppage is costing you output.

02

Training for your team

Hands-on sessions for the people who run the printer every shift: safe handling, routine cleaning and how to spot trouble early.

03

Planned servicing

Scheduled visits and check-in calls that catch wear and drift before they turn into a stoppage.

04

Yearly care contracts

One contract for regular servicing and a call-out when something fails, with spare parts as an option.

05

Help by phone, then on site

We try to diagnose the fault with you by phone or video first, and send an engineer when a visit is the faster fix.

Why training pays off

People who understand the machine protect themselves, your product and your equipment.

  • Safer working, because operators know the installation requirements and how to handle flammable inks and solvents.
  • Shorter stoppages, because trained operators clear faults and change over quickly.
  • Less wear and tear, because careful operation is gentler on the printer.
  • Lower running costs, because fewer errors mean less wasted ink, solvent and product.

Yearly service plans

A yearly plan replaces surprise repair bills with planned servicing and support. It is shaped around your printer, how hard it works and where it is installed, and the exact visits, response times and pricing are agreed with you in the contract.

  • Regular servicing visits across the year.
  • A call-out when something breaks.
  • Servicing charges covered, with replacement parts as an option.
  • Phone support to keep you running between visits.
  • No plan? An engineer can still visit on a per-day basis once we have diagnosed the fault remotely.

Built for Kenyan production lines

Good service is what keeps a coding line running through Kenyan heat, dust and power dips.

  • Maintenance planned for warm, dusty and humid factories.
  • Advice on power protection, so dips and surges do not damage electronics.
  • Inks, solvents and common spares available locally.
  • Operator training for every shift, so knowledge does not sit with one person.
  • Fault response from a team based in Kenya.
  • Service plans that fit your plant shutdown and production calendar.

How we work with you

Whatever you come to us for, the same clear process applies from first call to ongoing support.

  1. Assess

We learn about your product, packaging, line speed and what needs to be printed.

  2. Recommend

We propose the right printer, ink and layout, with a clear quote.

  3. Install and train

We install and commission the system and train your operators on the line.

  4. Support

Inks, spares and maintenance keep production running, with our team a call away.

Common questions

Do I need a yearly service plan?

It is not compulsory, but it is the surest way to keep a printer dependable. Without a plan, an engineer can still visit on a per-day basis once we have diagnosed the problem by phone or video.

What happens during a servicing visit?

An engineer checks the machine against its correct settings, cleans it, replaces parts that wear and tunes it for the best performance. A visit usually takes a few hours and is timed around your production.

Is it safe to use out-of-date or non-standard ink?

It is best avoided. Fluids that are past their date or not made for the printer can wear the filters and pumps, and because they conduct electricity, a failing pump can cause faults in the electronics. Always use the fluids specified for your model.

Can you train new staff later?

Yes. Training can be arranged at any time at your plant, for new starters or as a refresher.
