Automatic inspection that checks every printed code, so a misprint is caught on the line and not by your customer.

A coded pack is only useful if its code can be read. Ink can run low, a nozzle can partly clog, a pack can arrive skewed, and a missing or faint date or batch number can mean a rejected consignment or a recall. Checking by eye at line speed is not reliable.
A print examiner looks at the code on every pack and compares it with what should be there. It flags wrong, missing and poor-quality prints straight away, so the fault is fixed at the line and the faulty packs never reach the shelf.
